LCI is headed by Chief Executive Officer, Rob Diaz, a professional landscaper and business owner in Southern Nevada for more than 20 years. Planning
Every site presents unique opportunities and challenges. Each has natural and/or physical features that may constrain development in some fashion. However, a site constraint creates a difficulty only when it is not identified at the outset and carefully considered in the landscape planning and design process. The site analysis process also involves examining the possibilities and opportunities unique to an area.
Land Care Inc. frequently teams with builders, engineers and service professionals at all levels during the early stages of the design process. Within these interdisciplinary teams we strive to envision appropriate and unique site design solutions, taking into consideration the information gathered during the site analysis.

Design
The planting material on a site is like the paint on a canvas. This orchestration of color, texture, and form gives definition and scale to a project. A good planting design incorporates the vision of the client in partnership with Land Care Inc ., and can work to highlight areas of emphasis, create views, and reinforce outdoor space.
Another important aspect of a responsible planting design is its sensitivity to the native environment. It respects the character of a pre-developed site and incorporates native and drought-tolerant planting materials to help conserve water.
Native plantings can create very lush and inviting groupings of plant materials.
These designs are often lush with color and texture. Even mulching material can be enhanced with river rock or various colors of crushed stone to create an elegant backdrop for planting materials, while also minimizing dust. Land Care Inc. has been the preferred green industry provider, serving the Western United States over the past two decades. In fact, Land Care Inc. employs certified arborists who earned their credentials through the International Society of Arboriculture.
